I have thought about trying my hand at painting for awhile now. I have watched many of the "Joy of painting" shows with Bob Ross and thought he makes it look fun.when Dale and I were in the Hobby Lobby store a few weeks back we noticed a display advertising an up coming class for a Bob Ross style painting. Dale encouraged me to sign up for it. I went to the 5 hour class and came home with a completed painting.

I enjoyed it so much that I am continuing it at home. This is what I did with the help of a DVD that came with the paint set I bought.I took pictures as I went to see the progress.

I am sure I will do more with as fun as it has been.My Mom has always encouraged me to paint, she always said I could do it. I guess she was right. Thanks Mom.
